Providing you with evidence based knowledge, tools and techniques to help you make informed decisions and feel confident and prepared going into your birth.
The Refresher Course is ideal if you have previously completed the Hypnobirthing Australia™ Course, either with myself or another Hypnobirthing Australia™ practitioner, and you are wanting a refresher on tools and techniques and practise deep relaxation for your next birth.
The course consists of 3.5 hours of private face-to-face tuition in the comfort of your home or in my teaching space… or online, if you choose.
You will also receive ongoing email and phone support in the lead up to your birth.

Kate is absolutely AMAZING!
We first met Kate when we had our daughter back in 2019. With her tools and course we felt so empowered to have the birth we dreamed of. In our labour there was a difficult situation and questions that arrived for us to meet. With the self awareness and understanding of what I wanted because of this course, my partner asked for more time before moving into the next stage of action.
He asked for 45 more minutes for our daughter to come naturally and if not, we could take the next stage knowing we had tried.
20 minutes later she was in my arms.
The confidence my partner got from this course and full understanding how to be my support person and the process of birth itself was next level.
We are having a home birth with our son in August this year. We just finished a Refresher one-on-one course with Kate to go over all of our “birth tools” in preparation for this birth.
Kate’s ability to calm my brain and give me the self confidence both pregnancies is absolutely next level. We wouldn’t have been able to have 1 dream birth and another to come without taking the time to do Kate’s course.
