BRM® helps your body prepare for pregnancy, birth, and recovery using functional movement tools and hands-on techniques. Here’s how it can support you:

- Minimises common pregnancy discomforts (like back pain and pelvic pressure)
- Supports pelvic floor health and core strength
- Trains your body specifically for the task of birth

- Hands-on techniques to increase comfort and connection during labour
- Birth positions and movement strategies to help labour progress
- Pelvis prep for every level of the pelvis
- How to read your body’s clues and respond intuitively
- What to do, when, and why… so you feel totally confident


3. Body Ready Birth Partner Prep Private Workshop
Prefer a private, one-on-one version of the workshop? This option gives you and your birth partner focused, personalised support. You’ll learn the same powerful techniques to help labour progress, create space in the pelvis, and feel confident using movement and positioning throughout the birth.
