“Kate is absolutely AMAZING! We first met Kate when we had our daughter back in 2019. With her tools and course we felt so empowered to have the birth we dreamed of. In our labour there was a difficult situation and questions that arrived for us to meet. With the self awareness and understanding of what I wanted because of this course my partner asked for more time before moving into the next stage of action. He asked for 45 more minutes for our daughter to come naturally and if not, we could take the next stage knowing we had tried. 20 minutes later she was in my arms. support person and the process of birth itself was next level. We are having a home birth with our son in august this year. We just finished a refresher one-on-one course with Kate to go over all of our “birth tools” in preparation for this birth. Kate’s ability to calm my brain and give me the self confidence for both pregnancies is absolutely next level.
